CouncilCall AI is a multi-model AI deliberation platform that provides consensus-driven responses by aggregating outputs from multiple AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI.
3. Third-Party AI Services
The Service utilizes third-party AI providers to process your queries. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Your queries and uploaded documents may be sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and/or xAI
- Each provider has their own data retention and privacy policies
- We cannot guarantee deletion of data from third-party systems
- AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information without appropriate authorization
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or malicious content
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
The CouncilCall AI platform, including its deliberation protocols, temporal integrity systems, and synthesis algorithms, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses
- Decisions made based on Service outputs
- Data breaches at third-party AI providers
- Service interruptions or downtime
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems (but not from third-party providers).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
