End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, CouncilCall AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its components
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Sublicense or resell access to the Service
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service (except approved APIs)
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures

3. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service, including questions, documents, and data.

License to Us: By submitting content, you grant CouncilCall AI a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service, including sending content to third-party AI providers.

AI Outputs: Responses generated by the AI Council are provided for informational purposes. You may use AI outputs in your work, but you are responsible for verifying accuracy and appropriateness.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

IMPORTANT: By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your queries and documents will be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI)
  • These providers may retain your data per their own policies
  • CouncilCall AI cannot guarantee deletion of data from third-party systems
  • You should not submit highly sensitive or confidential information without understanding these risks

5. Data Usage Tiers

You may select your data usage preference:

  • Tier 1 - Analytics Only (Default): We collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics. No content is retained for improvement purposes.
  • Tier 2 - Quality Improvement: Anonymized content may be used to improve Service quality and AI prompt effectiveness.
  • Tier 3 - Research Opt-In: You explicitly consent to content being used for research and model improvement.

You can change your tier preference in Account Settings at any time.

6. Proprietary Technology

The following are proprietary to CouncilCall AI and protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Multi-model deliberation protocols
  • Temporal Integrity Protocol and verification systems
  • Fifth Knight contrarian methodology
  • Consensus synthesis algorithms
  • Source calibration systems
  • Session mode implementations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUNCILCALL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • We will delete your data from our systems upon request
  • Data sent to third-party AI providers may persist per their policies

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
